Music in Mind 
runs on Monday afternoons 2-4 fortnightly in the lecture room at Ipswich County Library starting  back Monday 16 January 2012. Please note changes to this due to bank holidays.

Cost
Taster session free, then suggested donations of between £2-5 per person

Lifting Spirits 
is for women only and runs fortnightly 7.30-9.30 on Monday evenings in the lecture room at Ipswich County Library starting back Monday 9 January 2012.Please note changes to this due to bank holidays.

Cost
£5 and £3 concessions for anyone in receipt of any means tested benefit

HeartSong 
a new well-being singing project for family carers and people with mental or physical  health issues starting in September 2011
and running on Fridays 1.00-3.00
1. Claydon Carers Centre, Hillside Business Park, Old Ipswich Road, Claydon IP6 0AJ on the first Friday of the month. Please note exception due to bank holiday.

 2. Bury Central Library - conference room - the third Friday of the month

3. Termly in Lowestoft 11-1 in the United Reform Church at the top of the high street.
